About Us

Ours is an old established camera club based in the Borough of Rushcliffe in South Nottinghamshire.

We thank you for visiting our site which you trust you will find interesting and informative. Rushcliffe Photographic Society holds regular meetings on Tuesday evenings from beginning of September through to end of May (see Our Meetings Program)

In October 2007 we changed our meeting venue and we now hold our Tuesday meetings at The Tollerton Parish Rooms, Burnside Grove, Tollerton. Meetings commence at 8:00pm finishing at 10:00pm.

Anyone regardless of ability is welcome to join our Society and for any enthusiastic photographer, joining a camera club such as ours is a great way of learning and improving your photographic skills in addition to which you will enjoy the fellowship of a friendly group.

Anyone interested in joining us is welcome to come along as a guest to a couple of our Tuesday meetings, it is the best way to find out what we are all about and see if what we have to offer meets your expectations which we hope will encourage you to join us. Occasionally we arrange outside visits and would not therefore meet at The Parish Rooms on those dates so do please check the Meetings Program before visiting.

Next few meetings:

Our weekly meetings program finished for this session at end of May and will re-commence on Tuesday 2nd. September, full program details will be posted shortly.

During the Summer period it is hoped to arrange two or three events details of which will be posted shortly, watch this space.

For those that miss the regular Tuesday program meetings during June/July/August those wishing to keep in touch generally meet each Tuesday at The Bridge Pub, Gamston around 8:00pm for an informal natter and drink.
